Yes. We hold current public liability insurance specifically covering dog walking and pet care activities. We are happy to provide proof of insurance on request.
For group walks, we walk a maximum of six dogs at a time to ensure every dog receives adequate attention and that the walk remains safe and manageable.
Yes — dogs need exercise in all weathers, and we will always complete a scheduled walk unless conditions are genuinely dangerous (e.g. severe heat or severe snow & ice). We adjust routes where necessary to keep walks safe and enjoyable.

No, before we get started, we'll arrange a secure way for you to provide us with access to your home and garden (if applicable) so you don't need to be there when we come to walk your dog.
