Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of dog walking and related services provided by The Great OutPaws ("we", "our", "us"), based in Bradford BD10. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide professional dog walking services in Bradford BD10 and surrounding areas. The specific services, duration, and pricing agreed at the time of booking will form part of your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify services offered with reasonable notice.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are subject to availability. We request a minimum of 36 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 36 hours notice may be charged at 100% of the agreed service fee. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, extreme weather).

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure your dog is healthy, up-to-date with vaccinations, and free from contagious conditions
• Disclose any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or specific requirements your dog has
• Ensure your dog wears a collar with an ID tag and is microchipped as required by law
• Provide emergency contact details and vet information prior to the first walk
• Ensure safe access to your property for key collection and drop-off where applicable

5. Our Responsibilities

We will exercise all reasonable care and skill in the provision of services. We maintain current public liability insurance. We will contact you immediately in the event of any incident involving your dog.

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. However, we cannot be held liable for injury or illness to your dog that arises from pre-existing medical conditions, aggressive behaviour not disclosed at the time of booking, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.

7. Veterinary Care

In the event that your dog requires urgent veterinary attention during our care and we are unable to reach you, we will seek veterinary treatment at your nearest practice. You agree to be responsible for all resulting veterinary costs.

8. Payment

Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to withhold services where payments are outstanding.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to current clients with reasonable notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
